Two-Cylinder EXPO Auction

We're very pleased to be invited to conduct our second auction at the Two-Cylinder EXPO. This will be our premier event of the year and we are again teamed up with Polk Auction Co. for this event.

The Two-Cylinder EXPO is the absolute premier John Deere tractor show on planet earth, and we're very excited to be a part of it. At last year's EXPO auction we had a great turnout and a very good offering of tractors and equipment. It is always a pleasure to partner with Jack Cherry and the Two-Cylinder Club in this undertaking.

We are at present consigning tractors and placing the final ads. The auction starts at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 25. We'll be there for much of the week preceding the event, taking late consignments and setting things up.

We will have a great line-up of tractors. Typically a lot of tractors come right out of the show into the auction. As you read ads for this event, keep in mind that consignments continue to come in right up to the start of the auction!

Leland Schwandt Auction

Heartland Auctions and Polk Auction Co. will team up on an auction for Leland and Dorothy Schwandt. Leland has been known for years as "The Seat Man." Over the years, Leland and Dorothy have sold the finest quality replacement seat cushions for John Deere tractors. Their seat cushions are the standard for a high quality restoration.

The sale will be held June 15 at 9 a.m. at 14215 468th Ave., Wilmot, S.D. 57279. Auctioneers will be Dennis and Jeff Polk.

The auction is being held on a Wednesday to accommodate collectors who plan to attend the Bill DeJaeger auction in northwest Iowa t the end of that week.

The Schwandt auction will not be terribly large but everything on the auction is very clean and nicely restored, including a full line of 30 Series tractors with matching plows. So be sure to join us June 15 in Wilmot for a great auction!

Colorado Tractor Auction

It's early spring along the Mississippi River. We're still having cool temperatures and rising floodwaters but warner weather is on the way.

We're very excited to have three big auctions coming up between May 21 and June 25. We're busy consigning tractors and placing advertising.

The first auction of the three is the Colorado Tractor Auction. This consignment auction will be held May 21 at the Adams County Fairgrounds, Brighton, just northeast of Denver.

As of today, we have about 130 tractors consigned to this event. As usual, I am teamed up with Dennis and Jeff Polk for this auction. We're expecting a lot of tractors as well as hit-and-miss engines and implements of a sort we don't typically see here in the midwest. Some of these hit-and-miss engines are really unique and special. There are a lot of dry, unrestored tractors on the listing.

I will be on the grounds at the sale site on Sunday, May 15 to begin receiving and checking in tractors and look forward to a fun and busy week on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. The auction starts at 9 a.m. on May 21. We are expecting up to 175 tractors and are planning on a full day.

at 4 p.m. on the day before the auction (May 20), we'll hold a collectors social hour where we can relax and get acquainted and re-acquainted. We are very excited to come to Colorado to hold this auction. There is a lot of enthusiasm for this sale and we look forward to seeing you there!
